Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 
To process a return, you can contact us at shop@stickitdesigns.co.za. Items returned without requesting a return will not be accepted.
School Labels: Once a label order has been placed, it can not be cancelled or returned due to the fact that it is a custom product. Please make sure that you type the correct details (name and surname) for your labels.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items. All orders are made-to-order therefore we cannot process exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded. The refund will be processed to the account used to make the purchase originally. Please take note that it can take up to 7 business days for the bank to process a refund.
