Courier

Postage takes 3-5 business days. Packages are delivered through UAfrica and come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is collected from our studio in Somerset West. Our orders are subject to the use of UAfrica’s courier services, therefore we do not allow own courier services.

Collections
Collections can be made from our studio in Somerset West, Western Cape. We will send you an SMS or an email when your order is ready for collection.  

Orders not collected within 30 days will be discarded.

Collection times are strictly within the below timeslots:
Mon - Thu: 09:00 - 16:00
Fri: 09:00 - 14:00
